UrgentVet: The Website Experience

Less than a year into my role at UrgentVet, we relaunched the website with a fresh design and a new customer interface, adding several features to improve SEO and usability.

 

Ongoing refinements ensured the site continued to deliver an optimal experience for pet parents and team members alike.

Explainer Video:
When to Use UrgentVet

Directed a short animated video that clarifies when to visit UrgentVet and what to expect, making urgent pet care easier for clients to understand and access.

 

Part of building our brand included educating pet parents on the differences among general practice, urgent, and emergency vets.

Built and optimized the online presence for a second location of Office Furniture EZ. 

 

These efforts helped it to achieve high-ranking results within the first 30 days of opening.

I created the Featured Case program to showcase real patient stories and boost each hospital’s local SEO around condition- and symptom-based searches.

 

After creating the framework, I rolled it out as a recurring team task to keep every location page fresh and educational.

I concepted, wrote, and directed this quick-hitting :15 ad to highlight what UrgentVet does and when pet owners should visit.

 

Produced for under $1,000, the piece blends simple storytelling with real clinic visuals to create an approachable, high-impact spot ideal for social ads and awareness campaigns.

I partnered with local media outlets to secure meaningful exposure for our practices, blending paid opportunities and earned coverage when a compelling story was available.
