UrgentVet Hospital Redesign Committee

I was selected to join UrgentVet's Hospital Redesign Committee, focused on updating the look and feel of our clinics to better serve clients.​

The result was a modern, welcoming environment that enhances pet parent and pet comfort while supporting team efficiency.

Market Focus Tiger Team

I was selected by executive leadership to join a high-level Tiger Team tasked with improving performance in a key market. 

​

I represented the marketing perspective - collaborating on analysis, client feedback, and community engagement strategies to identify barriers and opportunities. 

​

Our team's work led to clearer visibility into local dynamics and informed initiatives designed to strengthen growth and brand awareness.

I led a remote team through a period of rapid growth and change focused on consistently serving the marketing needs of the organization.

To keep them engaged, empowered, and appreciated, I developed team structures including:

  • 1:1 meetings

  • Updates and announcements

  • Recognition timeouts

Innovation Committee - Elevating & Evolving Client Experience

I was selected to co-lead a company-wide council tasked with defining what exceptional client experience looks like for UrgentVet - bridging innovation, customer insight, and clinical care.

The company founder and I examined ways we can elevate the overall experience. We then created execution plans and partnered with operations on implementation.

National Promotions for Use Online, Offline, and In-Market

In partnership with operations and finance, I created a series of community-based client discounts - including military, senior, event, adoption shelter, general practice referral, neighborhood, and more. 

​

Each hospital could leverage the program(s) that best suited their demographics. 

 

Redemption was tracked, turning goodwill into measurable growth.
